Victorian Seed Pearl Star Pendant on Chain, c.1890–1900. The delicate pendant features a central six pointed star with delicate pearl-set foliate motifs, and may also be worn as a brooch by detaching the pearl set surmount. Suspended from a later oval link gold chain, it is a versatile piece that sits beautifully and is fine example of the popularity of celestial motifs in Victorian jewellery.

Condition: Good antique condition. The pendant has had some repairs, unfortunately using lead solder. One seed pearl is missing.
