A little bit crazy... Vintage Retro Sapphire & Diamond Cocktail Ring, circa 1940's. The cornucopia style mount set with a central graduating line of synthetic blue sapphires and six single cut diamonds.

Yellow gold. Weight 10.5 grams. Size K.
