Outstanding Australian Opal & Diamond Cluster Ring

Outstanding Australian Opal & Diamond Cluster Ring, the central oval solid white opal of estimated weight 6.22 carats, surrounded by twenty-four brilliant cut diamonds of estimated total weight 0.39 carats. 18ct yellow gold. Weight 8.22 grams. Ring size P.

Condition: Excellent, as new condition. The large domed opal displays good play of colour with rolling flashes of green, orange and blue purple. The surface of the opal is free from abrasion and measures 18.8 x 12.59 x 4.7mm. The diamonds are bright and of estimated colour G/H and clarity SI. The ring is marked SPJ for Simon Prestige Jewellery, Melbourne and stamped 18ct. It is a beautiful ring.

Condition: Excellent condition. Of classic Mid-Century design, the opal has no chips, abrasions or crazing and shows strong play of colour including red, orange, green, yellow, purple and blue. The opal measures 19 x 14 x 4.1mm. Diamonds of estimated colour H/J and clarity P1.
