Vintage Cameo Brooch

Vintage Cameo Brooch, the oval helmet shell cameo, finely carved and depicting the heads of two Roman soldiers.

Metal: 9ct yellow gold.

Weight 6.04 grams.

Condition: The cameo is secure in mount, with no cracks or crazing to the cameo but there is some old damage to the frame of the cameo (see illustration) New locking roller ball clasp. The rope twist detail to the surround has been reattached by small sections of solder at some point.
