Mid-Century Diamond Cocktail Ring. Dating to the 1960's, this cluster style cocktail ring is set with a central one carat round brilliant cut diamond and surrounded by a further twenty-eight brilliant and single cut diamonds, with ribbed yellow gold ribbon like detail.
