Insurance: If you require your items to be insured for shipping, please contact us for a quote and we shall arrange this for you through Australia Post.

Returns: In the unlikely event that an item is incorrectly described, we ask that you contact us immediately to discuss a return, repair or exchange. There can be no returns, repairs or exchanges after 7 days. The item must be returned in the condition in which we sold it. The cost of return shipping to be borne by the customer.
